I think it is not about the crashows , server crashes or what ever,
If you want to see what is wrong with the situation now, you should do a few work missions with Artic / Fuel / Dumper / Coach or what ever.
You will see (and i think almost everybody agrees with me) that a lot of people are crashing in to each other , trucks are going different ways on someone else he's screen , big crashes (not the server) and more.
And i know you cant change the host in 1 2 3 seconds but if this topic is about how i think, the answer is above.

But just buy some Work vehicles like Coach , Taxi ect.
Because almost everyone has a Petrol / Artic or Dumper trailer.
