Where can I locate the race track In-Game?
Don't think I have ever tried it once before.

Most people use CamHack for Dashcam view.
Not many use the cleo mod Dashcam view because you can't
adjust it like CamHack.

Click on "Start" and Type "%AppData%" on the search bar.
AppData > Local > Vitrual Store > Program Files > GTA San Andreas
Delete the GTA SA Folder.

This should delete all your old mods and clean your gta sa. All you have to do now is reinstall
your gta sa.

Try replacing a mod over a mod. See what happens
For example: bmydrug.txd and bmydrug.dff with bmydrug.txd and bmydrug.dff

No mod is dangerous unless it is wrongfully made or you don't know how to install mods correctly. I have hundreds of mods, mostly skin mods, and I have yet to mess up my GTA SA.

You can adjust the placement of the Camera inside the interior of any vehicle if you are using Cam Hack.

Is the mod fully tunable?

Fantastic crash at the end. The other guy did a flip after that impact. 

Cop badge should be revoked for not trying to arrest in vid 2/3

Many cops spam the submission key from what I've seen.

At first it looks like you are going to land sideways and flip it but you don't.
