I finally classed as a thief last night to try the new missions. I successfully robbed a house. That wasn't too hard. Then I decided to try and rob a securicar. I tried for over an hour with no luck. What happened? Well the police escorts don't really allow you to hijack the van. Also I was rammed by other players. I was also reported for ramming the securicar :|

Then I did securicar missions. They were easy as pie.

Do not try to make it easier for the securicars.

I've made the report 'cause you were driving in wrong side and crash in my armored, since that I don't know who is a thief and who is a simple rammer, I will report all user that crash repeatedly in my truck! I have a suggestion, we can make an instant unload (like robber does) and cop can't escort a van. It's very simple!

+1 with the impossibility for robber to hijack in Load/Unload time!

We can make:

-Escort not allowed
-Robber can't camp
-Istant Load/Unload

-1 you can get cops who escort you already, armored van missions are way too easy because of that and this suggestion will make it easier again.

Armored Van Mission isn't easy..ask Konali or Rahail..You get crashed to much..and run away like a thief for a little payment:|..It's hard to pay a cop to stay near you from your money reward.

It isn't easy, robber can ram you and you don't know if he was a robber o a simple noob, armored can be located by red mark in map and if you are making a convoy the server say "there is an armored convoy from .... to .... join /convoy id", you can't help the other securicar in your, you can't unload in security 'cause robber can carjack when you are freezed for unload, cop can fine you and you must stop to pay it, robber can camp at unload, and more...
I have an idea to resolve it...

-Escort not allowed
-Robber can't camp
-Istant Load/Unload

+1, but only if it will be an rule against load/unload point camping by thieves

In my opinion this is the best way, we can solve those problem in: robber can't camp (maybe with instant unload to avoid transgressor) and escort not allowed...

In fact in real life there is a red mark which segnalize who is the thief!!! Bitch please...
all van drivers will yell in chat about thieves and calling cops making impossible steal vans...

So you're telling robbers have a though life? Please tell me about our (securicars drivers) help from police They can't do NOTHING to help us, they just follow us hoping that we will be robbed and then arresting the robber. NOTHING else.. We can't help each other even in convoys, if one of our members is attacked, we MUST go forward, like nothing happened.  Instead, robbers can camp WHEREVER they want.

In real life do you think that a car can stop an armored truck? If it is a yes, try to go out of your room, if you want the real life I can list the things that appen in the REAL LIFE

-No red mark for robber
-Unload and Load very Safe (policeman or vigilantes with guns)
-Security LOCKS
-Police can arrest you as soon as you ramming it
if you want i can continue to list it...

Oh almoust forgot to tell you that we have made a simply and educated suggestion, as we haven't insulted your person, you can't insult us just because our idea affects your shady deals...

Regarding quitting the server when you are getting hijacked, I have a suggestion for this. In reality, if you abandoned your loaded armored van (loaded with cash) you would be suspended or even dismissed from the company that you work for. I suggest that something similar is implemented in CT.

For example, when a player does /q at any time when armored van is loaded, a message will be sent to them saying:
You have been suspended from securicar duties for __ minutes as you abandoned your loaded armored van when you left the server
OR
When the player leaves, leave the securicar there as it still contains the load. However since SA-MP (I think) automatically restores the vehicle that the driver is driving on quit, there may be a technical issue here.

I think this should be applied to people who timeout as there are many ways to intentionally appear "timed out" to the server.

About when the armored car ignites... usually the gamemode stops vehicles from exploding (setting vhealth to 300.0 every now and again if the vhealth is under 300.0) however if you are going at a high speed it won't do this for some reason (not sure if intentional to make insurance actually worth something or a bug). Considering the armored van is armored, it should survive a lot of hits and shouldn't even ignite.

Does anyone else think we should have a "name and shame" list of all people who /q on arrest / hijack?

Me too, we can make more, if you make /q you have to pay the entire cargo or still in jail more time, but in this way we must make something to avoid this in server crash!

I wanted to stop camping coz i got bored with this. I wanted some action, so i took my car and i started to chase the van drivers.
Results?
- players /cancel their mission while i try to hijack him
- players /kill to avoid getting caught
- players /q to avoid getting caught
- players (look out its gonna be LEGEN- wait for it -DARY) even sell their cars to avoid getting caught or just to fuck u up when u hijacked their van

After being that discouraged i decided to camp again...

Just one more thing,
U guys want instant unload and kick camping thiefs? How about fixing the ways that are allowing van drivers to avoid hijack?

I have always play without tricks 'cause I understand that it's allowed to rob, but if you camp If you do what you do, you don't create harm to those people you mentioned, but you damage me, when i play always in the right way. The people you mentioned can always perform the actions you have listed, then I agree with you if you act that way with those people, who perform the actions you mentioned, but are not in agreement when do this with people like me who trying to play legally to get the achievements!

I see a lot of camper, robber in general based their "game" (of robbing armored) on the unloading time, where armored trucker can do nothing to avoid carjacking... It's not a personal attack to certain person but we are all able to play in this way!

i agree with Konali but i would change 3 things

- no unloading time or at least minor unloading time (2 - 3 sec)
- cop are allowed to ask for fines but when a securicar's driver is mission he had not to pay fines until he unloaded, in this way when he finished the mission he do /pay within 30 sec as for other player, this to prevent a cop ask for fines while a securicar is beeing attached
- no police escort allowed for securicar

I have other ideas, since we are speaking of reinforced vehicles, they still have the armored locks, then it would not be possible to pick locks in few seconds, especially unloading places.

If you are suggesting this, you could badge revoke everyone who ask for escorts, if they can escort, thiefs can camp in unload points. Stop crying, you can ask for escorts when we cant even rob your securicar

math u are wrong i was escorting necro today and he just couldnt unload because szajmon was standing on unload and i cant kill him or anything but szajmon will sit in his securivan and necro will lose mission ..i think that it is foolish i would make that u cant steal on load / unload

it isn't a question of crying or not, the armored trucker in Load/unload time can't defend the load! In this way make armored truck robber is like fishing with atomic bomb!
