first problem

Its a samp/script issue, and at the moment this is what we have to deal with, its a known issue by samp/mick. i think its better it keeps reconnecting automaticly instead of doing it manually

About your second problem:

I have the same with my destkop, but i dont see any issue with it:)
mine does:

I start the samp client, then click connect, a pop up comes up with information  as '' your color scheme has been changed to defaulft, blablabla''

is that what u get?, atleast it changes back after i quit samp so i dont see a issue with it:)

and next xD why im lagging like i got all time 5 fps? i'm driving and my truck is like stopping for 1/4 second and then i drive again (like lags) and in rain it's annyoning Hax said to turn off frames limit, but it doesn't help :/

its a win7 thing it does it with some games there is a little bubble that should pop up and tell you about it.

SECOND PROBLEM is with my Windows 7 and SA - when i turn SA or SAMP my design turn to original (this bar with START icon and shortcuts) and everything is like stock Windows. why?
