What actually was happening:
I never used speed hack, some hack on the server must have hit me and caused and banned by smoke, I have 15 achiv almost 10k score would never use hack to lose all these achievements. please unlock my account, play since when the server starts in 2011

What actually was happening:
Good evening, they could unlock the account "Felipe." because I did not play for a while and it was blocked and I want to play again even had already bought vip in that account.
