Correct. But what's stopping me from adding it to server is the thought of people doing 500 pizza boy missions and never doing them again...

I honestly just don't see the point adding more mission types if people will just use them for the achievement money.

And as for adding pizzaboy missions without achievement, it would be inconsistent with the rest of the missions and it wouldn't surprise me if pizzaboy missions would be forgotten about. I understand having the option to do pizzaboy missions is good but it's a lot of scripting for something that wouldn't be used a lot.

But landfills doesn't fit into palomino or bayside if you ask me

Or a gate (like the tollgates) that go open 10 seconds after  the ferry arrived at the dock so people on the ferry have time to leave it.

But ferry stays only 15 sec on dock... 5 seconds is not enough to get on ferry

The ferry stays 30 seconds on dock.20 seconds are enough..

I agree with you, take the club bases off, leave The Valley, and that red county gas station Konali did. I don't know how much that would free up, nor how many are used now but doing that should free up some, one would be think.

If a scripter remake Wet County's gangzones and make gangzones on Wet County than on Milestone County, you will get some free gangzones and you can show Redstone on minimap.

If this is not enough, you can remove the mainland gangzones (example:Blackfield Chapel's club base)

Helicopter missions re-scripted, added about 200 new missions. All missions have the same load now.
