What actually was happening:
NaoSile are Pzychy brothers, we play in home with one IP.
Brother used Cruise Control from LV Whitewood Estates to drive in Wet Country.
Server have more lags, he could disable Cruise Control.
Apparently it was caused by a large accumulation of cars.
Location dislocation car show is not the best. It is near the turning.
Apparently this was connected with his lag not disable Cruise Control.
He say "Sorry" but Admin\Moder banned him and me.
