I've been trying to retake the cop test on the website, having only gotten 94% before. It barred me for 12 hours, but now that those 12 hours are up the test still refuses to let me retake it, citing that I failed the test and have to wait until the timer expires.

You failed the test on 2015-10-04 09:05:46. You cannot attempt the test again until 2015-10-04 21:05:46.

The time, as of writing, reads:

04-10-2015 21:27

Does anyone have any idea why it's doing this?
