Emphasis Mine, and like I said if you aren't 100% in good frame of mind, you can't lash out at players reports and berate them.
This goes for anyone serving as a mod or admin. I don't just speak from the other topic but rather from experience doing professional grade MMORPG server management (google EverQuest) and of late i've been hired on by a SAMP RP server to manage things as a Head Admin.
It's customer service whether you like it or not. Doesn't mean the customer is always right, but there is 1 right way to respond and 9 others on how NOT to respond. Keeping attitudes in check means you pick the right 1.
