The google translate text is more or less accurate in translating the conversation but it dosent give the full picture of the gruesome insults Moskiri was using. The part where Hugo uses a curse word or two is how generally conversations between balkan people go but then Moskiri just starts insulting him and his mother in a degenerative and unintelligent way.

Okay I'm not taking any sides here because I don't really care, but it was Hugo who started insulting Moskri's mother first. Also, that Google translation is worthless, there's hardly anything translated correctly. Most of it is completely random.

Well.. It took me two years to do cop arrets because nobody wanted to be a thief because of my skills. Sometimes I was a thief on purpose so that others would try to catch me for fun.

Anyways, I think this is a good idea. Mostly because many of the rules were made for a busy, densely populated server that CT just isn't anymore, and many of them just didn't age well. Including this one. Same goes for many of the features, but that's an entirely different topic.
What I'm trying to say is that if someone wants to get the achievement with the help of a friend, they should be able to. Perhaps it shouldn't be as trivial as armored van robbery farming, but not as strict as it is currently either.

I wouldn't make it so you can always spawn as thief but maybe make it so fewer cops are needed per thief. Right now it's 1:1 right? Maybe make it 1 cop:2 thief or 1:3. There would still be plenty of thief spots but it would prevent the whole server from being thieves. No cops makes thief missions too easy.
Multiple thieves per cop gives the thieves somewhat of a challenge and gives cops more to do and may motivate more players to be cop to try to get the cop achievement.

For me, the trucker who asks for /13 actually wants to collect weather information from other truckers who are in different places so he (the one who asks for /13) can anticipate the weather when he comes there.

This basically, I think this is the purpose the command has been designed for. When you do /13, you are asking for a weather report and not doing one yourself. Other players would then reply with /h and the current weather. Needs no changes in my opinion, and changing the weather with /13 definitely makes no sense.

Well the current interest system is fine in my opinion. About the amount of loan, if it depends on the player's score/rank, it will be some sort of farming.
Because I think, players can farm score easily by tow missions or van which can give them advantage to loan more money from bank? So it's better if it depends on the average payout the players get from their missions per month or week maybe?

I wasn't talking about the interest you get from your account balance, but the extra money you would be paying to the bank when repaying a loan. As for score, I didn't have van/tow on my mind because everyone knows those scores are worthless. I was thinking of truck loads mostly.
And sure, average monthly payout could be a factor but I definitely wouldn't make it the sole deciding parameter.

Good idea. I'd just add that the maximum amount of money a player can loan and the interest paid to the bank should depend on player's score/rank (or both).
