Updates:

1. I think cops should have fixed salary + extra bonus on number of arrests or players fined for the day, because they are government employees not truck drivers.
2. Number of players fined or catching overloaded trucks or collected amount of fines in $$$ should be cop achievement too, rewards can be slightly different than the existing arrest achievement, this way there will be multiple ways to do work as a cop than just relying on arrests especially when no suspects are there and it will be fair for other players who did their arrest achievements because arrest achievement will stay as it is, and hopefully more players will like to be a cop as they will get money even if no 0 fines are there to collect.

3. Also pretty sure even thieves don't like to steal if no cop is trying to catch them, and cops spawning at random places, that ruins the gameplay for them and even cops, not sure about others, but personally I like a bit of a chase without respawns, the thing I don't like is relogging to avoid arrest or spawning at random places, that ruins the fun for both cops and thieves too, both shouldn't be allowed to respawn, we can put some timer on reclass and respawn for cops and theives.

They might get some perks, we haven't given it a full thought as of yet so nothing is final, but Fivem and Samp will work independently. We still need to think about it, our team hasn't discussed about it as it is not on priority at the moment. Rest assured nothing unfair will happen, Fivem CVT will respect all CVT ethics about unfair advantages.

Houses are expensive but you can rent them for cheaper prices, if you are offline any day, no rent would be deducted for that day. A new player should be able to rent and easily buy a new truck and trailer with the default amount he received.

A web panel would be there in the long run, after the server development is fully completed. By fully completed I mean all the basic features of CVT. We will think about linking the SAMP account after the web panel is done so that it is automatic.

Added a server join link in the first post. PS: Do read the stuff before joining.

Updates on development:
* Players can now buy/rent houses and can buy cars, and can park cars to house parking or public parking
* Improved GPS.

Sometime next month the server will be released, atleast the beta, whatever is built till now, but can't confirm anything right now. We will be able to provide an estimated date soon however.

And yes there will be some sort "Perks" for the existing players, as all that effort in delivering goods should not go to waste

I would like share a good news with you all, we have started the development of Convoy Trucking server for FiveM (which is a popular GTA V multiplayer client like SAMP).


Let me know your feedback and what do you all think, that is why I am posting this, it is important to know.

Server is ready for public use but it is still in development, I have opened it for public use because lot of aspects need to be analysed, so this isn't a production version:

Its a great idea but too much time consuming, its hard to get time for this. But yeah willing to help in whatever I can.

yeah, for some odd reason my profile picture I chose changed to some random thing.. I had to change it... maybe becasue of Viky updated it?

Oh its public, anyone can make signature for anyone. But I have disabled it now. Those who have already made, it will work for them, no one can make/edit signatures now, this can't be authenticated as of now, hence disabled.

I like the idea of completely removing the hard-coded club ranks.
This might also give more innovative ideas for names of club ranks and more innovative clubs.
