Bit late to this party but the Intel HD I'm assuming it will be the 3000 series isn't very good for playing games at all to be honest. I was using an Asus i3 2.4, HD 3000, 6Gb DDR3 and it was pretty crappy. If you are in the UK I'm sure you could pick up a good laptop from Comet as they are shutting down my brother just picked one up reduced from £380 to £180 although it has Windows 8 and I'm not a fan

I was having fun playing it from about 3pm until about 11.30pm then my PSU decided to commit suicide so I can't play anymore until I can get a new one hopefully the rest of my hardware is ok 

There is a pretty bad AI issue outside Aberdeen where the traffic always crash into eachother surprised beta testers never noticed it. I loaded 5 saves and it was always the same

I had an E8400 solid CPU to OC. Use CPU-Z http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html and post specs. You may be able to put a core 2 quad into your current mobo witch is what I was gonna do with mine a Q6600 to be exact because they are so cheap now
