In an email from 2024 at the bottom it says my username is Jimmy_carter which was the original account name before Pinky and Rainbow, if that helps. My account must still exist as the forgotten password link doesn't tell me there isn't an account linked with my email address but does say that if I try Rainbow instead of email or Jimmy_carter.

I'm an old player from sometime in 2012, I pretty much played  everyday, it was my favorite game and server. Lots of good old memories as well as my time on the staff / server mod at the time, for brief time. Anyways, I'm having difficulty reseting the password to my old account, no matter how many times it says an email has been sent I never recieve it. I understand my in-game progress is all long gone but I thought I could maybe start over but still tied to my old account? (I really liked my username.)

I don't know what info you need but my old account name is Rainbow and I would more than happy to share the associated email with a staff member that can help me with this.
