as Qashqai made new work zone map at Julius Thruway West, Las Venturas,i might suggest something useful.
Same working zones could be done at multiple places around default SA map (exclude new maps).
BUT, in cycles. Today work zone is at Julius Thruway West, next day it's on Julius Thruway East at similar intersections etc. You get the pattern.
Yes, it would require new maps but it would also require daily server restarts. Daily restarts could be scheduled to be happening at 05:00. (05:00AM for burger people)
Each restart would put new work zone at different place and it will remove the last working zone so traffic is passing.
I don't know if this is implementable, how much of your time it would take but it could be fun to see such stuff accross the map, it would give a bit more sense of "living life".
It doesn't strictly has to be working zone, at the same time you could put several vehicle crash sites accross the map etc. Options are endless. Thank you for your attention!
