i like the snow fall, whats wrong whit it?

im just miss the snow on the roads too, i mean snow everyvere not just snow falling.

My idea to place markers at police stations, to pay Fines, if there is no police available on server, or make markers only players whit police badge, to pay fines, i have badge but if i have fines i cant change to ploice and help others out if they request /200 . So make availabe to pay fines for players or players whit badge.
