Ramming a player without their permission and then giving a statement "i made it for fun" is not a valid reason.First rule of the server: Ramming isn't allowed.
At some point its acceptable when both players having fun together.However, in your case, Moskri was doing missions and you rammed him(He wasn't having fun with you) and also he lost his mission

Hmm i never personally saw this issue once try installing ASI loader and Silent Patch it should fix the issue maybe

U can actually continue replying on ur previous post where loup replied to u already no need to create new one but anyways its fine and coming to ur account activation i.e. EVO wait for an admin to reply.
And one more thing if ur account cant be enabled due to some reasons like 180+ days ban or similar to it like ur previous account i.e. OFW then u can reply to this post for new account activation no need to create another new post for it to avoid spam.   

RoadBlocks are not permanent they should be removed after certain period of time , this time it was a bit delay to remove/replace those roadworks but soon we gonna update maps with new one.

Modifications that gives unfair advantage in-game are not allowed,so ur snow mod which makes u drive on water comes in unfair advantage cuz other player cant drive on surface of water with car or truck.Hence remove or replace it with good one and if u find something which makes unfair against other players just remove/replace it quickly without taking any advantage of it.
If any player has good snow mod u can suggest this guy.😉

I dont understand why it doesnt work after reinstalling samp and restarting router.I'm not sure but try updating ur windows if its not updated and even this doesnt work then i have a solution.

First open command prompt as Administrator and type :

ipconfig /release   and press enter


after getting the results type :
ipconfig /renew  and press enter

after getting the results again type :
ipconfig /release  and press enter

After all these steps done ur internet will disconnect and reconnect by itself in few seconds,and then restart ur router(computer too that can be good) and try to login this one should work
I think this one does the same thing when we restart the router without these steps but anyways give a try and check if it works and let us know if u getting the same issue again

Well my suggestion is better  create a new account cuz u have 0 score and  0 achievements and there is no use of re-enabling it.

Well, to use hack u need to be smart, Noobs cant do it.

I guess make a new rule for the parking plan.

I dont think it is important to make a new parking plan cuz no one has problem with Jonas ice cream van just x304 so changing plan for satisfying one  player dont make any sence.

If x304 really has problem with Jonas parking then what u say about Matti's house , he didnt even gave any way to enter/exit.The enterence is  blocked with all cars and bikes as u can see in this pic



he has another enterence/exit too but its only for bikes, vehicles like Stretch and ambulance cant enter from here its too hard



In jonas case we have another way which is enough to enter/exit the house even with huge vehicles like Dumper and it only takes a few seconds.
And stop reporting for small shit things if u really have problem with his ice cream van then just cancel the mission  or smash into it  as screwy said if u dont want to drive a little far to enter the house.

I dont think 1st one was a good idea cuz most of the people ignored stretch for limo missions because it leads to failure of mission when we r crashed.Everyone completed achievement with Premier and elegant.
