it's too late for Christmas in July

Kinder has also made reference to vidoes captured by James_Jason.
They both contain videos of him "dive bombing" players in a plane and then complaining about him being banned. He then posts the videos and makes reference to the videos by saying "look at me bombing chala"

Proof:
Cars, known as Kinder (boyka1864) on discord has been constantly spamming and using offensive language in general channels of discord.
He has now been banned four times in game and once off the discord. He has yet to learn any lessons and constantly keeps annoying other members.
There has been general spam, such as posting in multiple lines rather than one sentence. He is also rather abusive towards the staff team when banned.





Non English in general channels.


Racist in general channels.


Homophobic in general channels.






This is just one example of his behaviour in game. On the 26th May 2024 he joined and instantly started spamming messages in chat.

Proof:
Player was fined, had a feeling he was going to Ram, so stayed where I was. Player then kept ramming my truck and managed to record some of it, but with the clip replay (captured the first few bits) and then recording, the recording is broken. Managed to captured some VDM from it.

I have been recording and due to start uploading again onto youtube.com/mrdeagle. I just have about 12 videos for samp to work through,

I think the start location will be the swift haulage base in Northern LV and the plan is to drive my dumper on the LV freeway until I hit the 50,000km. Aim is to try and get people into the back of the dumper while recording.
Date would be this Saturday 30th December at 13:30 GMT

With the captial i's it shows up as a normal L in the game playerboard
