For the Record your house is also mapped there before it should have the parking perk.

EDIT: Not All Mapped or not Has this Perk.

There are some houses which have kinda of a Special Perk Like Unlimited Car parking / Car parking not counted by slots.
For example i had a 3 Slots with 33m Parking but the mapped house came with special parking i was able to park 14 cars at once. it has been there since the Start. Funny thing you just realized that ?

I am not Confortable with MTA one's it Seems really Fast and weird to me. i have previoulsy mapped on Map Construction But never faced these type of issue maybe it's the game version or windows.

EDIT:After Spending Hours in MTA i came to realize that some objects are missing on MTA Specially Road works.

Hello, I have Recently Download SAMP Map Editor, but am facing a weird issue which is i cannot Select proper objects or sometimes it don't even select anything. am on windows 11 any knows how do i fix it?
