I went from SF to LS with a flatbed. Near LS, I saw someone on the map next to me, but visually I could not see it and then something strange happened. Then I left the game, when I came back I was banned

What actually was happening:
I was in Las venturas, I was in a taxi. I put on the AFK and when I came back I was banned.
I do not know from whom I got a ban whether it was a staf member or smokey.
