Let's organize "Dodge planes" or helicopters on top of some building. The last 3 survivors gets cash like for the first place $100 000, 2nd place 70000 and 3rd place 35000. There are some nice building in LV near Linden station. Also weapons can be used if needed. 

Sandus needs a connection to the Unresting desert where the bridge under construction is. That distance is also slightly shorter.
