It doesn't cure cancer. Putting smoke into your lungs is not at all good for them.

People with cancer who smoke weed have more positive results since they smoke the medicine for everything. Cannabis finds and kills cancer even before it could start to grow that's why you can't get lung cancer.  0 deaths because of marijuana in history
