Ive rechecked your ban but didn't found any nor your IP is banned. If you were really banned you would get a dialogbox with your ban information.

It feels like you are not even able to connect to the server your connection is rejected before you even connect. Maybe give a try to these steps and see if something changes

Allow a program through windows firewall (samp).
Disable VPN (if installed)
This might sound stupid but worth giving a try. Try connecting any random server just to see if your samp allows you to connect to a server or not (theres nothing harmful if done for test purpose)

About the truck lines, ive created and tested some objects there we can use 2 options.

Option 1:
If we have enough time to make bigger parking lines and in a beautiful way, we could do something like this:

Object id (3578) 30 object used and yes the parking range is all the way upto the last parking slot and it has some empty space behind so to easily reverse and repark your vehicle without hitting the barrier at front.

Or Option 2:
Less time, just create 2 truck lines on left and right side of the parking lot and thats it, like this:


Object id (18285) only 2 of these were used.

We don't need extra space to create a whole new parking we can merge this huge, empty, unused parking lot and combine it with trucks and cars combined parking.

P.S: I have those yellow objects saved if needed let me know.

There was a public Truck park at that location in past which is now removed.

As can be seen from a picture in the past where I pointed out truck parks with blue flag and car parks with red flag. The blue flag is on the location where there was a public truck park, don't know why its been removed.

There is only 1 public truck parking available in the Los Santos, but instead of adding truck park near to other one, a new one should be made a bit far from the previous truck park so it can cover the rest of the Los Santos.
I would suggest to take some space from this huge car parking (Under the bridge of mulholland intersection) and create some custom parking lines so trucks can be parked there as well, just like the custom truck park at angel pine.

Sounds good, but hope it wont become another ambulance mission. At least make it like trash mission you raid on 3/4 houses and find the wanted person in last house to take him to jail.

It can be an issue if there are like 5 cops doing /work and suddenly one goes thief for his ach, he can interrupt all 5 cops. The cops are gonna gang up and make thief rage quit or thief is gonna get himself arrssted for 10/15 mins to idle in jail and make cops rage quit (both interrupting each other).

Maybe add 2 score for one time arrest to make the ach complete in just half, 250 arrests can give us 500 arrest count, still hard to do but at least 50% easy (only if there are any thiefs). Eurobeat has point, now adays rarely anyone goes thief and keep doing mission even after getting jaild. Maybe the arrest with 2 score along with /w (not depending on thief count) so there is still some attraction (with the 2 score thingy) on the chase and jail system. Otherwise its gonna be a delivery just like every other misison.

Or, xD idk just saying make a cmd where it only works for those who has not unlocked both of the thief ach (car & house rob) so that it does not work on those who already unlocked 2 of thief ach. /cmd <id> so that when ever that guy gets jailed by you and he types /bailout your bank account pay for his bailout fee. cmd should be only for cops.
Its a win:win situation. Thief gets his score and hes near to ach completion without losing the money with bailout. Cop gets his score and goes near to his ach completion (with using some of his money) I guess you hit a point where money doesnt matter only ach matters so its worth paying bailout for the thief. Sounds weird, just saying what I got in my mind.

Yes I've seen your parking space @Mr_Deagle you just have a single road that acts as entey point as well as your parking space, but that's the only way for you to park veh. We understand if you dont have much space and your parking will block the load/entry thats a completey different situation as you dont have any other choice so the rule simply won't apply on you same as the grass rule eont apply on farm houses. In other case if you have another place to park veh but you still intentionally park on your entry and load point then the rule will force the player to park on other side as he got space.

What I see is that for other players, there are 3 ways:
1. Ram the Mr.Whoopee van (If you don't want to make your veh damage this option is not for you)
2. Take at least 5 seconds to drive carefully and slowly from the left-over space on front and back side of the van (If you have patience).
3. Take the other side (If you have patience).

For Jonas, maybe two ways:
1. Park the van on the other side so the nearest entry/exit is available for players who does ambulance mission.
2. Just simply park the veh away from entry/exit.

Or if nobody likes any of the options, I guess make a new rule for the parking plan.

Just like we have rules for parking at your house which says "You can't park your vehicle on grass or on rooftop" although it is a game and we own the roof and the grass as well along with the house but we still are not allowed to park on there to prevent ugly looking parking and to make the parking a bit more realistic.

The same way a rule that can fix this issue will be may be like "You can't park your vehicle at the entry/exit point of your house no matter if your house has 1 gate or 10." This might just fix the issues for the players who are annoyed with the blocked gates and there is no harm to the owner if he just reparks his veh a bit far from the gate.

Also the rule makes sense, you can't park veh at grass or rooftops but you can block the entry point? Doesn't makes any sense. Also I remember CVTM has RT+Artic trailer blocking his one and only entry/exit point (although I don't have any problem just pointing out).

Thats just what I think I have no issue with the van.
