What actually was happening:
I was driving on right side of road in Garcia, then i was commuted to the intersection, then i see BMW who was driving from the right side of my possition, and then he turned into street that i was driving through and when he turning he cut off the corner and hit me. I cannot report him, because i was muted, so he reported me and the fallout went to me... that was unfair... I have only this one screen, i know that with no video my appeal is less reliable than with it, but i'm not driving all time with turned on recording
