Convoy Trucking

My suggestion is to allow unlimited park vehicle at house, i have big park size in 3 slot house, and i cant park my 4 RT with trailers, but i have search truck park...

Some houses have unlimited parking spots but its a feature for a small amount of houses and you have to pay more for that.
For example, i paid 120m for my house (20 slots), a normal 20 slots is 80m, this feature costs half of basic house. Also gate/helipad costs too.
My suggestion is to search for a house where the unlimited parking feature is added.

It is kind of premium and limited feature, so it should be as it is.

Also the lag when 2 or more people have house at same area with maybe 6slot or above. We can see a lot of vehs spawned and face lag (especially for weak pcs) Just like when Eurobeat & Tyler were living at Blackfield, we use to have a huge fps drop when the vehs are being spawned.

Also most of the players are unaware/forgotten that you can't park your vehicle on grass, it will be clamped (not applied on farm houses). So if everyone gets the feature, it will be a big pain for the staff team to repark all cars or even clamp (those parked on grass only) when there is no such space left for appropriate parking.

Don't think there are any houses with this feature left for sale, not sure. Well, I remember some of the houses that has it (all sold).
