Player reported: Rule broken: insulting / disrespect / threats

Proof:For the past couple of days, I've noticed that player Moskri is only looking for trouble. Despite him being banned and warned in the past, he's been continuing to insult, annoy and disrespect.
I've taken multiple chatlogs from this afternoon where he's verbally abused me. Despite me telling him I do not wish to be called names and I wish him not to contact me (rule 6) he keeps calling me kid and names like that.
In my perspective, it has become clear that Moskri has not learnt from his previous punishments and is solely aiming to cause trouble to one another.
