Hi all,
I would like share a good news with you all, we have started the development of Convoy Trucking server for FiveM (which is a popular GTA V multiplayer client like SAMP).

Let me know your feedback and what do you all think, that is why I am posting this, it is important to know. :D

UPDATE: 5th Dec 2021Server is ready for public use but it is still in development, I have opened it for public use because lot of aspects need to be analysed, so this isn't a production version:

However I wish it was in development stages about 3 or 4 years ago to keep the player base more alive and excited.

So when this is finished, Convoy trucking will go straight to fivem thing and samp will not be supported? Some people use a very weak computer. Also may be too late what Shane said, but better late than never, i guees. I dont own gta V. Dont ask why. *shrugs*
Especially i use my second PC for CT which is goddamn potato and im not sure if it will run gta v properly so yeah that's why im asking

I really love the "Estimated Earnings" option to show how much you gonna get :)) Wish we could have that for our Samp server.

Forgot to add there, i recently mounted the gtx 770 on my second computer so the samp runs smoothly at 1080p than before. I'll see about gta v in future. I can always use my main PC which will run GTA V easily

With gtx 770 you can perfectly run gta V on medium graphic settings
Really great to hear that. Looks great good job guys! But it might be smart to look into other gta v platform. I am working on my own project for the past half year with some help of my friend and community on alt:V and here are the few main reasons why I decided to build it on that platform:
- you dont need to pay them for higher slot count on servers on alt:V it only depends on your server capabilities
- alt:V is heavily reverse engineered to the point where they built their own synchronization....FiveM is heavily reliant on natives for synchronization
FiveM will cache older versions of GTA:V....alt:V is usually updated within 72 hours you will have access to the latest GTA:V content but in my experience the update was available in less than 12h- You can even customize your server chat design to your taste

Looks like I'm downloading fivem finally. Is there gonna be a status transfer?
Basically made a new account, just to ask if you ever intend to make a server for GTAV, and I see this! Awesome, looking forward to this a lot. Do you have an ETA for release?

Sometime next month the server will be released, atleast the beta, whatever is built till now, but can't confirm anything right now. We will be able to provide an estimated date soon however.
And yes there will be some sort "Perks" for the existing players, as all that effort in delivering goods should not go to waste :P
Awesome! Possibilities are endless on FiveM and so much can be done, can't believe you guys did not take this step sooner! Like I said can't wait to see what else you got cooking for us >:D

Added a server join link in the first post. PS: Do read the stuff before joining.
Is there a way we can let you know our ingames on here so you can link up something to the GTA V server ?
Also will there be a bit of website setup so we know much vehicles / houses are etc

The server is quite good so far, houses are pretty expensive, as usual, and only one bug got me so far (Changing class in vehicle caused me to fall through the vehicle lol) All in all this server has potential, hope work on it keeps up and great job! :like:
Edit: I am unable to connect to the server now, though it says partial system outage on the cfx site so hopefully that's all it is and it's not the CT server down. I will re-edit this once I can log back in.
Houses are expensive but you can rent them for cheaper prices, if you are offline any day, no rent would be deducted for that day. A new player should be able to rent and easily buy a new truck and trailer with the default amount he received.
A web panel would be there in the long run, after the server development is fully completed. By fully completed I mean all the basic features of CVT. We will think about linking the SAMP account after the web panel is done so that it is automatic.
New updates:
bugs have been fixed related to vehicle respawning
Added more parking spaces
Fixed issues related new user account creation
Fixed bug when nearby player was not shown in radar

I hope that doesn't mean transferring over things like money or stats because I feel it would give some players a bigger advantage, for example when it comes to house buying. People should have to grind like everyone else as it's not hard to make money on the FiveM server.
Just because it's CVT on FiveM doesn't mean it has to be the same as CVT on SAMP. I'm not saying there will be no differences, as the SAMP version has workings that would benefit and carry over to the FiveM version, just that it should be it's own thing.
They might get some perks, we haven't given it a full thought as of yet so nothing is final, but Fivem and Samp will work independently. We still need to think about it, our team hasn't discussed about it as it is not on priority at the moment. Rest assured nothing unfair will happen, Fivem CVT will respect all CVT ethics about unfair advantages.

I was going to suggest keeping them seperate. Especially with user data being involved. What if someone malicious gets on the other side (especially with udb_hash being thats all between you and someones password)

Updates:
1. Server upgraded to latest version, latest fivem client should work with it.
2. Fueling time is reduced, the gas tank will fill faster
3. Fuel burning rate is reduced, you can travel more.
4. /bailout command is added incase you get arrested

Added spray can, you can buy in shop and color vehicle.
Added spare parts, using this you can repair your vehicle anywhere.
You can also repair or color in a nearby vehicle customs garage.
