IIRC there was a server update at summer and after that haven't been able to connect server or websites with own ip. VPN is needed even with my phone's 4G connection. Browser gives "ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT" and SAMP shows server offline. Problems with server or has my internet provider f'd something? For really long I thought that server has died, but then I accidentally opened samp with vpn on and was like wtf :D. Attachments show cmd tracert with vpn off and on.
