Player reported: Rule broken: non-English in main chat
Date and time: 8-2-2019 - 10 minutes prior to report.
Proof:TiPiR is neglecting his moderation duties by not enforcing the rules, multiple people spoke a language outside of English, TiPiR was not doing anything. I came online, said English only and TiPiR called me a troll... I think he's the troll, being a moderator and not doing anything - this isn't the first time!

Note; this is a report against TiPiR, not the people that spoke a foreign language.
No idea if this helps or what it does, but Smash came online and after he left, TiPiR called him a retard.

Clearly, TiPiR refuses to mute/verbally warn his friends, this is concerning.
Taking in account all the previous reports and warnings which were given to TiPiR, TiPiR has been demoted from his position as a moderator.
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by him, we do not want our moderators to set up such an impression on normal players.
