Seems ok to use but you might face difficulty while driving as the mod states: * Driving has become difficult because of the ice.

You might just wanna use snow textures and Snow FX

I picked this one because apparently it's for weak PCs. So it's perfect for my potato.

that changes the handling codes for vehicles which can only be done through s0biet and single player. So it won't effect his handling unless he enables it through a mod platform. Cleo might be able to do it I can't remember
