have a look at what happens when you change the trailer stability setting while you have a heavy haul hitched, be sure to have a quicksave right before it though

ETS2 just crashes now when I get to specific areas on the map lmao
let's just say I've put in mods to both games which makes them run heavier than they already do
tl;dr SCS can't make a good engine to save their lives.
