Players (especially rookies) leaves vehicles on the road, even they throw it to sea, trailers always stay there. So, for owners and/or leaders, there should be /restoreclubvehs or similar command to restore all club vehicles, including outside from base. Restoring with 1by1 is hard, and they are blocking roads.
I don't see any problem or abuse with that thing.

Looks good, but can be a mess (maybe) like for example on one side a leader saw his club vehs on road so he thought to restore all vehs and he did, while other side 4-6 players are doing convoy and standing outside of their truck for a picture with their truck then...I guess everyone is gonna lose their vehs, I just see this as a bad point (I guess it will happen in rare cases only) besides that I like the idea.

You can see which vehicles are spawned as they're displayed using a white text unlike the unspawned one which are displayed using a grey text in the club vehicle list. You can just ask any online admin to restore the vehicle for you and if they're not online you can drive them to the side if you belong to the club otherwise wait for sometime because server automatically restores vehicles from time to time.

Grey text is just for owned vehicles, not club ones, so you have to check one by one, but anyway I didn't know If admins can restore it with request, thank you for reply.
