Proof:
Around twenty hours ago I was performing my police duties when I suddenly got hit by this person using a shamal. Unfortunately, it happened more than once, as can be seen in the video's I provided below. After their third or fourth attempt, they died and PM'd me, an imgur post is posted below with the PM.

UPDATE::: They did it again as can be shown in the following link, I plead for a harsh punishment to be given to this player because of the fact they keep doing it.
