Just wondering are these admins active and do they check "General Requests" ?

Your request was of changing forum display name, it's not like it's affecting your gameplay. My final term exams are going on, which certainly takes priority over CT. I check forum time to time on my phone but doing request on it is a difficult task so I just ignore the requests and give priority to ban appeals as they hinder the player from playing.

I'll say what I said to BGT on FB, I prioritize ban appeals over other requests when I'm busy because people can still play even if their account is locked or if they want a name change, but a ban stops them from doing this that's why I only try to do ban appeals and not requests.

It seems people don't realize that everyone doesn't have so much of free time as they do.

One more thing I'd like to say, asking admins to look at your requests / appeals / etc in shoutbox is against shoutbox rules, if we find anyone doing it again, he / she will be shoutbox banned

Btw, im 21 and I have work 8-10 hours daily just like u do (so u dont think im a some random kid  :happycmas:)
