Player reported: Rule broken: intentional ramming / blocking

I don't have an SS but he's rammed me head on on two different occasions without asking me to stop and waiting the 30 seconds, he did the same to NunoBarataGamer which is what led him to ram vinny back
Notice at 0:05 how I get pushed forward without apparently touching him, take his gameplay framerate into consideration as well and you get what can be called an accident since I did not touch him in my perspective, not did he touch me in his perspective previously but he in fact did.
In this video it's not possible to see if it was lag and an accident or if it was intentional ramming/blocking.
But Vinny his badge was revoked after this "incident", so it looks like he already got punished for this behavior anyway.
