You are only approached if we (scripters / admins) feel you fit the need. You should attach code of your existing project if you have one (Pastebin link) and if you can.
Ugh, I've already sent the usergroup application and I didn't attach anything to it, should I send them to you in a PM?

I didn't mention you Dobby because I think you can't see scripter applications(?), so he could just pm any of the admins (who can see the application and happens to be scripters :P) to have his doubts cleared.
