What is the best software that i can use for opening and modifying gta3.img ? especially when installing many mods like HD roads? tnx in advance :D

Do none of you use GGMM anymore? such an easy drag and drop with the preview, as long as you arent modding a car with tuneparts its perfect
IMG Manager is my choice. Works well with big imgs (like gta3.img), doesnt crash, has a few cool features, simple to work with, never had an issue.

I have that to preview the mod to see if I want to install it to begin with... doesnt require the entire game either, just a couple of folders and files
