For me it looks too simple. You could have added the trucks, some crates around, gardening, make it look a bit fancier.

The example that was showen is not good for given location. And with details i didnt mean a whole building, i meant something smaller like signs flower pots parking lanes lights, maybe some roofs.. just smal details wich in my opinion make a huge diference.
