He is insulting players,and disrespect them.
emm...there is missing translation which isnt anything insulting or threat its disrespect light...

the thing why he was insulting/disrespecting cause i arrested him for being wanted did it few times his under budget and have no money...after first arrest i gave him 20k dont know does he saw that but after that my pm's was full of this discusion with 1 or 2 more players. The screened moment was when i was in convoy someone from those latvians rammed me in water so i reclassed to fine them as i knew _ArtisLV_ doesnt have any money i fined and arrested him so he started rage. Told to latvians repeadly read rules of server which are avaiable in server and after that in forum.
