The picture doesn't show any ramming or blocking, there was enough space to pass him.
For the other picture where he seems to be driving the wrong way, he will get fined like anyone else when he gets caught ingame.
@Shock the picture shows you were driving the wrong way which is against the road rules so it's not a false report.
Although you will get fined ingame if you are caught driving the wrong way so there is nothing I can do about that from here.
