so i look for this error but cant find anything, sa alone works good, but samp seems not, any1 knows the solution?

Did you already try to rename or delete your user files?
That worked pretty well for my problems.
Reinstall SAMP, GTA SA, and delete gta_sa.set
I had to install GTA SA to a non admin directory (IE desktop) because of 10.
i try all of that and still cant, i might need a new gta sa, because i know this one is clean and worked, but in win 10 the mp wont work.
Did you get a clean version of windows or installed windows 10 over the old OS?

Try some varying changes on the compatibility settings on both .exes. A quick google brings up that mostly. Try renaming/moving where your SA/MP is installed.
The only problem I am facing while playing SAMP is that I can't minimize my game. Whenever I minimize my SA, and open it back my game crashes everytime. And still looking for solution but can't find one. :/
