I wish the BANK to be in The Valley.
My village don't have any.
My villagers are crually in need.

He probably means his 'residence' i.e where he lives(in game obviously), but yea, there's a shop in PC not too far from there. With a car it should take around 40 seconds to get there..

Shop id say. Theres a fuel station there, so i dont see why one cant be added :)
