Why i get this error? :(. I reinstalled Gta but the samething is happening...

You have to have gta as installed to be able to even install mta. You can then direct MTA, which can be installed in a separate folder, to read GTA and it will work.
I have gta installed ..
install MTA in a different folder than GTA.. when the installation thing comes up saying set your GTA directory so MTA knows where it is, put in the location of wherever your GTA is
EX: if GTA SA is C:\[username]\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto San Andreas, you would need to install MTA in somewhere like C:\[username]\Program Files\Rockstar Games\MTA, and when installing MTA it will ask for your GTA SA directory and you have to navigate to the folder with the GTA exe when asked
