It happens because of high packetloss. Spawn Menu takes much time to get displayed in the meanwhile you can change skins.
P.S Don't do it again !
My packetloss is 0.0 and ping is 285 m8! ... just a video proof here
And im not sure(maybe my high ping) can anyone else can check it for me? :p

Its just the skin thats set. Not the color, class id etc. Nothing to worry about.

This is not caused by the gamemode or by the server. It is because of the internet/lag, It happens when you switch skins very quickly and press spawn.
