I was a cop, doing cop things when a cheater came on and got all the players with fines banned. I was sad, but then I was able to fine him and he got wanted. He didn't want me to arrest him so he threw me into the ocean :(

Then I respawned to the police station in LV where he was.

I was trying to do that too but I was unaware pedal bikes were also prone to this :( and this guy wasnt as nice
