If we really need more convoys.
Staff must to add this thing.
This thing is not just one command...
Its more.
And this command is..
/Invite [ID]
yes, Its will be more nice, when we can invite someone to join our convoy.
Invited player will have choice. (YES-NO)
Like this: Gabriel[BG] Invites you in hes convoy. make your choice.
Server will starts doing more convoys then this 5 years!

The command /invite [id] exist already but not for convoy. Its to invite someone in your house, if player stay on icon, u type /invite [id] and he will join in your house.

nice idea, but different command obviously. cinvite or something.
like this idea.. and if /invite is taken ... can be then /ask ... its like you ask a player if he wont to join your convoy..
There would have to be a function to turn it off though cause I'm sure people will probably spam invite everyone to get their own convoys as huge as possible and I don't want to be flooded with convoy invites when I just want to be alone.

Command name its not matters.Main is
IDEA here, not command name.
Meybe /Cinvite, /InviteConvoy /AskConvoy.

/report Commands for spam Xero.
So its not problem.

Dissable Convoy invite function from /preferences. (settings) like we have here
Convoy Password, when we dont want join us random player.
P.S. We have many online admin/mod online for it. 24/7
why not use /startconvoy or /convoy or whatever the command is? if I get asked to join a convoy and the same person keeps sending an invite, they are breaking a rule of "do not contact people if they wish not to be contacted."

Sorry but spam is too much of an potential issue with this suggestion and what's the point adding this if the conversation flow without spam is;
- Leader: you want join?
- Player: yes pls invite me (but they could just /join here, saving time...)
- Leader: /cinvite [id]
- Player: /accept
Instead we should implement more means of making players (passively, not actively) aware of your convoy. Stuff like;
- showing number of convoys or even a featured convoy (could be biggest convoy online, nearest, or one of your /contacts for example) at the top of the /work menu making players aware that convoy exists when they want to do work
- club convoys
- I don't really know many other ideas but suggest them if you have any

Convoys are now ruined by money and score hungry players. So its rare i'll join a convoy anymore. Its not because "us random player".
I did read what you said. Why should i have to have a setting to stop people spam inviting me to a convoy?

How about adding convoys that are near you to /w?
I think its not needed but if added in the future the system has to be way better, more thing would have to be included not just /invite cmd.

How about when you do /w and there is a convoy near , you are asked if you want to join it and you can accept to join the convoy or decline to work by yourself :D

There is the /convoy cmd wich tells you if there are any convoys and where, how about making that one "more known" to players?
I see a lot of them askin if there are any convoys since they dont know the cmd or smt.

Yeah, I'd like to see something that shows me where the convoys are unloading to so if I want to join them and the load point is too far to make it at least I know where to meet them at the unload point without having to ask all the time (unless it exists already and I just don't see it lol). :like:

why not just do /w and it shows all convoys and you can decide which one is closest and then ask to join

@ nado you wont ever see a convoy hosted by an admin, even more rare would be one hosted by a mod... too busy babysitting people
I wont host a convoy since people treat it as if its some kind of race to unload first. You're always as slow as the last person :P

it can be fixed with a update on it, it could be like this, the unloading point will appear only when the leader unloads

You can already do that with a command so the leader has to unload first
I'm not sure what the command is i think it was /lead but don't kill me if it isn't :P

Last time i hosted a convoy with lead on. Everyone left almost because they had to wait for me.

How can we make people more aware that convoys exist? it tells you in chat that there's a convoy going from A to B and join C to join them. There's also /convoy in /cmds isnt there?
