1. did you (re)move the standard save location for screenshots?
2. do you have write- or admin rights in that folder?

It happens to me every once in a while if I have too many screenshots, just delete like 15-20 and try again

printscreen, fraps, xfire..... like spazz said, just remove all your photos from gallery in user files and SAMP/screenshots and should work

Windows 8 may not let you take a screenshot if your game's resolution isn't set to your monitor's resolution. Try changing your resolution to the highest one possible (PCs are usually 1920x1080x32, laptops are probably 1366x768x32)
