I was trying to avoid him how you can see in the photo by the direction of the wheels and he rammed me , you can see that by the particle of the windows and by the brake when I was catapulted.

Two screenshots doesnt help. It looks like an accident to me because he kept going. Video helps a lot better than screenshots.
