I would like to suggest the ability to own 2 houses. I know i suggested this before but i will do it again.
The idea is that a player can own 2 houses, 1 with any ammount of slots and 2nd one with only 1 or 2 slots max.
As you know we have a lot of 1 and 2 slot houses forsale so this would be a good way of lowering them and its not hard to add 1/2 slot houses.

1. if I have a house with any amount of slots, why would I need a 2nd with only 1 or 2? so that part of your suggestion is invalid...
2. why suggest again if its been turned down so many times, just stop trying.

1. not everyone has big slot houses so that would give you 4/8 aditional vehicle slots and another spawn.
2.It has not been turned down, just forgotten.

Owning 2 houses is a nice feature. Also in real life you could also own 2 houses, who most of us probably do already?
If you don't want 2 houses then atleast give car trading.

However to avoid the good houses being farmed by rich users it should be take in consideration this:
- You can own as much 3 houses type slot 1
- You can own as much 2 houses type slot 2
- You can own only 1 house of slots 3 or more slots
More buying 2 slots in the city , you will have to have eight cars that tycoon ?

how about we make garages around sa like gta v
if we ran out of slots then we can upgrade to 1-2 slots, about 200k-300k per slot
2 house ownership is a great idea, i mean there is 600+ 1 slots for sale and around 200 2 slots and all the bigger houses.
But as said I think there should be a limit, like the one benny suggested, 1 with any ammount of slots and 1 with 2 slots max :)
