Hello guys must of you maybe you know me because I am playing here till 2010-2011 so my suggestion is to make this server better like it was the most time it lived we propose to make an new house system.
So if someone want to change his house there to be created a command to change or sell it to another player
For ex: if someone want to sell his house to write like /sellhouse (id of the buyer) and the price what he want. And the other one could accept it if its near him and he type /buyhouse buy they have to be near the house
Or if someone want to change it to type /changehouse (id of the player) and how much money wants to accept the change if he have more slots , All this could be done in a council or something like that in one part of a city.
The next idea is to decrease the price of the houses what are a lot of time for sale and they never sold.
For example if one house with 2 slots costs 3 mils after 30 days the price to decrease to a decent price like 2,7(10 percent of house price) after 90 days if it wont sold the price to be 1/2 then the actually price so 1,35.
I know most of you worked a lot to get a nice house with much slots at a big price but changehouse could do the be the solution to be all equally so it will be a solution to sell/change houses faster and
to have new players who will play.
Basicly you're suggesting house trading? I like it.
Also i would add to this the option to own 2 houses. 2nd one only 1/2/3 slot max ofc.
Yes that would be a nice way to have a really bussines with the house so will be more interesting to play.
Some cmds:
/sellhouseto <ID> <PRICE>
/accepthouse (and then when you will type this will show you a message like: "You want 252 Rodeo, Los Santos (3 slot)?", under this message 2 buttons: yes & no)
/changehouse <ID> <PRICE>
That's should be helpful to do this cmds.
*Voted all.
Since it can be abused I say no to house trading ,even if it will be cool.
If its made the right way with right rules it wont be abused.
I bet it can be abused.
For example people will ask 20,000,000$ for a 2 slots.
/sellhouse [id] [Random Price] *Scripters set the random price
/givemoney [id] [rest of money to 20,000,000$]

Its not really abuse, its just stupidity.
Since you decide whether or not to buy it.

When all houses will be bought again(like in 2012), players will play big money just to own a house.

Thats still up to them, thats the idea of trading.
If you make the price too high, no one would buy it. Its not abuse its economics.

We need to have that much player to buy those houses lol. Anyway it would be more fun that way, people not working anymore for money and doing convoy's more and more since there will be house to buy so why spend time on achievements when you can have fun by doing convoys.
+1 for it

So? thats not a problem at all, its like in real life.. the one who pays more gets it, it can be a betting game, you don't have the money, you can't buy the house end of the story.
GeneralLee I dont know if you understand what I suggested , That what I was saying its not a new list of houses where players could add their houses and to sell them for a random price what they wish over the night , I was saying to be added a command to sell your house or trade it if a player its near like when you go to buy a house and you have to be into the sign with the home , that player have to be in ur house sign to be used the command like /sellhouse and his id number , or if you want to trade your house with his house you have to be near the sign of his house and he have to be into your home sign so that couldnt be abused if you understand me.
The problem is not for those who pay the big price. The problem is for those who buy and sell houses to make money.

Like in real life. For example: You buy a new house for $25.000, it passes 3 years then you can sell it for $35.000. People would have to see if they accept or not, it's normal....different from vehicles which their price decrease everyday.
Now, if someone wants to sell his house and there's no one interested in it, I think they simply must do /sellhouse and receive the half of its original price.
Basically house trading. Hell yes!
-1 :P
We got a hell lot of houses for sale.... y anyone would buy/trade :D
This criteria comes wen there are less houses and more players ... but now less players more houses

actually a house will appreciate (grow in value) if you update it. and if you buy a house for $50000, you wouldnt be able to sell it for near that 3 years later, only if you renovate. Same thing for cars, if you restore or improve it, it appreciates, (not as much as houses).

Thats not true at all, you buy a car for $2000, put in $7000, you wont be able to sell it for more than $5500

Everywhere? Unless we're talking about completely restoring an antique car, putting a ton of money into a car won't net you a profit.

30 years ago a can of pop was 1 cent, now it can be upwards of 2-3$, thats a 200-300% increase, like sandman said, its called economics
It's a nice idea. Hell yeah :cereal: :not_bad:
