Can someone tell my why my game looks so bad?

esc > options > advanced change your resolution so it ends in x32, not x16.
eg: mines 2560x1080x32.

Go to options > Display setup > Advanced and set the folowing:
Draw Distance : Max
Frame Limiter: On
Widescreen : Off
Visual FX Quality: Very High
Mip Mapping: On
Anti Aliasing : Off
Resolution : 1280 X 768 X 32
Also while in Samp type /pagesize 20 and /timestamp

Change the resolution to the max you can.

Change it to the minimum, then unpause, then change it to the highest ending in 32
